Returns and Exchanges

 Returns Policy

 We want you to love your Pickle Punch Art, and we will do what ever we can to make sure you are happy with your order.  However, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receiving your order, and in perfect original sale-able condition.If you are returning from a country other than Canada or the USA, then please email us at angela@picklepunch.com to arrange for extra time for shipping.

 We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund your original or return postage costs unless the package was damaged in post.

We advise keeping your prints in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Here's another polite tip - please be careful when taking your prints out of poster tubes. They come out easily if you gently grasp the rolled print with thumb and index finger and glide it down and out.

 

Damaged Goods:

The greatest loving care is taken to ensure your items are packaged and shipped to you safe and sound.  However, From time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at angela@picklepunch.com or call us at (604) 999-4182. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details and a photo of the damage ( for our records) prior to sending a replacement. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for replacement.
